Terms of Service

flookky is a social gaming service owned and operated by Rusaka Technologies ("Rusaka", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the flookky website, mobile application, games, accounts, chat, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to online services under the law where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity through your account.
• We may refuse a username, avatar, or profile content that impersonates another person, violates rights, or is abusive or misleading.

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or discriminate against another person;
• post unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content;
• cheat, collude, manipulate results, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software;
• disrupt the Service, evade access controls, probe security, scrape data, or attempt to access another user's account or private game information;
• sell, transfer, rent, or commercially exploit an account, Credits, or access to the Service; or
• use chat, profiles, invitations, or games for spam, fraud, solicitation, or illegal gambling.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, reset results or Credits, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect players and the Service.

Game rules shown in the Service apply to each match. Supported online actions and completed results may be validated by our systems. Network interruptions, bugs, maintenance, suspected abuse, or other technical issues may cause a match to be paused, cancelled, corrected, or voided.

We aim to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature, game, opponent, or device will always be available. We may add, change, balance, suspend, or discontinue features or games.

flookky Credits are server-managed virtual play-money points used only within supported parts of the Service. Credits:

• have no cash or real-world monetary value;
• cannot be purchased for cash, withdrawn, sold, transferred outside supported features, exchanged, or redeemed for money, goods, services, or prizes;
• do not represent stored value, currency, property, or a financial account; and
• may be adjusted or removed to correct errors, enforce these Terms, or address abuse.

Supported friend challenges may reserve Credits under the rules displayed in the app. Valid results determine the in-app outcome. Draws, declines, expiry, and eligible cancellations return reserved Credits under the applicable game rules. flookky does not offer real-money gambling or cash prizes.

You retain ownership of messages, profile information, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You give Rusaka a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to submit it. Do not share sensitive personal information in chats or profiles. Other users may see or capture content you choose to share with them.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, artwork, text, game presentation, and other Rusaka-provided content, is owned by or licensed to Rusaka and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

flookky is currently presented as free to download, and Credits cannot be purchased. If we later offer a paid feature or subscription, its price and terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's terms and billing rules.

Please read our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Game outcomes, rankings, Credits, and social content are for entertainment only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation, and we are not responsible for User Content or the conduct of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusaka and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Rusaka for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or INR 1,000. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction over Rusaka Technologies' principal place of business in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or safety practices. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
