Playing well together
Community Standards
These standards apply to every Flookky profile, message, group, invitation, and match.
Version 2026-07-31 · Effective and last updated July 31, 2026
1. Respect other players
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame, or target people because of a protected characteristic. Do not encourage violence, self-harm, or coordinated abuse.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Flookky reporting is not an emergency service.
2. Protect children and personal safety
Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, trafficking, credible threats, and attempts to obtain sensitive personal information are prohibited. Never share passwords, authentication codes, financial details, precise home addresses, or another person's private information.
3. Keep content lawful and appropriate
- No illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, extremist, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- No impersonation, scams, spam, malicious links, or attempts to move people into unsafe transactions.
- No usernames, display names, group names, avatars, or messages that evade these rules.
4. Play fairly
Do not cheat, collude, manipulate results, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized automation, interfere with another player, or arrange real-money bets. Flookky Credits and temporary game chips have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed.
5. Reports, blocks, and evidence
Use the in-app report action for messages, profiles, groups, invitations, and match behavior. Reports include a limited evidence snapshot and identifiers needed to investigate. Blocking is immediate for direct contact paths; muting controls notifications without blocking.
Do not submit knowingly false reports or repeatedly report the same incident to harass someone. New incidents may be reported separately. Reporter identity is not disclosed to the reported player.
6. Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity, history, and context, Flookky may dismiss a report, warn an account, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, permanently terminate an account, preserve evidence, or escalate a credible risk. Serious safety reports are prioritized; other reports are normally reviewed in the order and risk level received.
A person affected by an eligible moderation action may request review by contacting admin@rusaka.com with the action reference. A different reviewer should handle the appeal where practicable.
7. More help
See our Safety page for player controls or visit Support. Law-enforcement requests must be sent through the published support contact with verifiable agency and case details.
