Delete your Flookky account

Account deletion is permanent. The fastest verified method is available inside the signed-in Flookky app.

Delete in the app

Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile, then Account.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and complete the confirmation shown in the app.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address attached to your account. Use the subject “Flookky Account Deletion” and include your username. We will use a non-public verification step before acting; a request does not confirm whether any account exists.

What happens to your data

Your login access, profile, social graph, device/push registrations, and active app data are deleted or de-identified through the account-deletion process.
Content shared with others may be de-identified rather than removed where needed to preserve conversation or game integrity.
Limited purchase, fraud, security, moderation, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted, with access restricted and only for the applicable retention period.
Store subscriptions or purchases, if introduced, must also be managed in Apple or Google account settings; deleting Flookky does not control the store account.

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a shorter legal period applies or an allowed extension is necessary. We will explain any verification problem or lawful retention exception. Read the Privacy Policy or contact admin@rusaka.com.
